New Website for the Colorado Bass Federation Nation

Posted by admin on January 1, 2012

Jeff-Jones200.jpgThis site will promote Colorado bass clubs and anglers, and the companies that support the Colorado Bass Federation Nation.  The purpose is to provide timely information about the events of the State Federation and contact information for local bass clubs.  Here are some of the features of this new site…

The new look of the Colorado Bass Federation Nation (CBFN) website will provide timely updates of State Federation and local club events; State Tournament results, youth and conservation efforts, and news that is important to the bass fishing community in Colorado.

On the Home page will be information for all CBFN members, including news and Statewide issues.  New information from the CBFN President, Youth Director, Conservation Director, and individual Club information that may be of direct interest to all State Federation members can be found here.  From the Home Page, navigation to all other pages can be found along the top of the page and below the banner.

The President’s Message page allows the CBFN President to address the State members on many issues.  It includes reports from regional and national meetings, Board of Director meetings, and personal messages to all State Federation members.  Links to send messages to the President and the Board of Directors may be found here.

TD-Larry-Krueger200.jpgInformation about the State Team Qualifying Tournament, reports, results and entry information, and messages from the CBFN Tournament Director can be found on the Tournament Trail page.

The Bass Clubs page will feature events and reports from all bass clubs affiliated with the CBFN.  Contact information for each club is located here.  Some clubs have their own website and links to those sites are included.

The Youth Page will include information about all affiliated Youth clubs, reports from Youth Club events, and messages from the CBFN Youth Director.

Similarly, the Conservation Page has messages from the CBFN Conservation Director including local, regional and national issues of importance.

2011-State-Team200.jpgThe State Team tab will bring up a page to provide information about the CBFN State Team including important messages, results, events, and State Team sponsors.

The Blog Page brings up all messages and articles recently posted, and past articles may be found here.

A listing of all CBFN sponsors, information and links regarding member benefits from these sponsors, are listed on the Sponsors Page.

Individual pages have contact information pertaining to that subject.  A general contact tab is located at the top of each page.  Please email your suggestions for consideration.

Each page and the information found on these pages require the support of members from all of the bass clubs.  Send updates, articles and pictures to the Site Editor via email for posting.  Pictures should be in jpeg format.

I hope you enjoy the new site and find the information you need here.  If not, let me know what is missing.  Remember to please support the companies and individuals who support your Colorado Bass Federation Nation.

Jeff Jones, CBFN Site Editor.
