Day One Big Bass Launch Leaders to the Top at Lake Oahe 2015 STQT

      The results are in at the 2015 State Team Qualifying Tournament at South Dakota’s Lake Oahe and plenty of bass are being caught.  The leaders in each category, Boater and Non-Boater, also landed the heaviest bass of Day One to move them to the top of their respective categories.

     Colorado BASS Nation Tournament Director Lane Coale is the Leader of the Pack after the Day One weigh-in, bringing a total weight of 15.76 pounds to the scale anchored by the Boater category’s biggest bass at 3.85 lbs.

     On the Co-Angler's side, Troy Wiesenberger topped the chart at 9.56 pounds and had the biggest Co-Angler bass at 3.55 pounds.

     Back on the Boater side, current State Champion Larry Triplett follows Coale at 14.53 and Derek Phillips is next with 14.43.  The rear-deck anglers that are chasing Wiesenberger’s lead are: Howard Wong- 9.07, and Steve Ehrman- 8.69.
